- Soak 1 cup of almonds for four hours. Rinse well. (Remember, you don’t have to sit there for the four hours watching your raw almonds soak. Leave them to soak and go on with your life!)
- Add almonds into blender, along with 3 cups of pure water. Blend well for 20 to 30 seconds.
- Sift or use a nut milk bag.
- Refrigerate. Your big blender full of milk will last 3 days or so.
